ISOG Technology – Innovative Solutions to Optimize Grinding

Perfection and precision – two of the fundamental attributes that ISOG Technology stands for. The standards of the German specialist grinding machine company have been among the highest in the industry for many years. In Weilheim, in Upper Bavaria, no mass-produced pieces roll off the assembly line at ISOG Technology, but machines made by hand and with an abundance of expert knowledge. Special proprietary technologies are employed that are continually developed and enhanced. Hence it is no coincidence that grinding machines from ISOG set the benchmark regarding quality and durability. They are also perfectly tailored to the particular requirements of their users.

In the same way that the products from ISOG are something special, the service is also a cut above what is customary in the industry. The ISOG service team knows the ISOG machines from the inside out and stays in contact with every single machine – and, of course, the respective users. If support should become necessary, ISOG service is always at the ready and helps quickly and competently. This commitment applies long-term and all over the world.

ISOG Is Moving But Staying In Weilheim

ISOG is moving but staying in Weilheim

After almost 70 years, it’s time for something new! That’s why we’re packing up our things will be moving in August. We’re not going far though – We’ll be staying…

Our Products

Our grinding centres consistently set benchmarks where high-precision, automated grinding processes are concerned. The flagship among them is the ISOG 24, our newest development in CNC tool grinding. It produces cylindrical tools, complex production parts and indexable inserts. However, our manual grinding machines are also the preferred tools for discerning users. For example, our S0 has been copied often but never equalled regarding quality and reliability.

Our Service

From the installation of your machine to our online service: We are always there for you! Our experts can, of course, also consult with you on site and perform inspections, as well as periodic and one-off maintenance activities.
